The University of Madeira will host HemaOnco Day 2026 on October 12th. This scientific initiative, organized by the UMa School of Health Sciences in partnership with the Regional Health Service of Madeira (SESARAM), aims to update knowledge in hematology, focusing on advanced cell therapies.
The event will feature national and international specialists to discuss the clinical, scientific, and multidisciplinary aspects of care for hematological diseases. The program includes sessions on new strategies in CAR-T therapies, T-cell biology, clinical applications, and the impact of nursing and other healthcare professionals.
