IFCN Assures No Worker Was Left Without Evaluation or Score

Following a statement from the Union of Public and Social Workers of the South and Autonomous Regions (STFPSSRA), the Institute for Forests and Nature Conservation (IFCN) has clarified the situation regarding its employees' performance evaluations.

The IFCN states it applied the regime resulting from Regional Legislative Decree No. 23/2024/M, which revised the SIADAP-RAM. According to the institute, this process ensured that no worker was left without a qualitative mention or corresponding score, essential elements for career advancement.

The institute refutes accusations of annulled evaluations or that workers were disadvantaged, indicating that 80.94% of employees received 'Very Good' and 'Good' ratings, with the appropriate scores for salary progression. The IFCN reaffirms its commitment to complying with legislation and valuing its workforce.
