"No one should be condemned to live in a shack," he stated, clarifying that public policies aim to "provide public housing to those in need." He advocated for confronting criticism of construction and "concrete," assuring that environmental sustainability is compatible with building. He concluded by reinforcing the urgency of a national urban reserve, as "a country's true development begins when people have a place to call home."
