Madeira served as a stage for Jorge Palma's long career at different times. The musician and composer visited the region over more than three decades, leaving memorable moments for the public.
One of the earliest recorded appearances in Madeira dates back to January 29, 1991, when he participated in the RTP Madeira program 'Cá Entre Nós'. Another notable performance took place in 2009 at the São Vicente Municipal Festivals, and in December of the same year, he performed with the Madeira Classical Orchestra at the Casino Auditorium.
In 2016, he returned to Funchal to perform at the Baltazar Dias Municipal Theatre as part of the VI Madeira Literary Festival, in an intimate setting with his son Vicente Palma and Gabriel Gomes. His connection to the region also extended to Porto Santo, with a performance at the Vila Baleira Resort at the end of 2018. The most recent documented visit was in September 2022, in Ponta do Sol, where he presented several of his emblematic songs.
