The Municipality of Machico has announced the ten chefs participating in the '10 Days, 10 Chefs' initiative, a new feature of the 39th Machico Gastronomic Week.
The event will take place from July 31 to August 9 at the Forte de Nossa Senhora do Amparo. Over ten nights, each chef will create an exclusive menu, offering a unique gastronomic experience that highlights the diversity and quality of Madeiran and Porto Santo cuisine.
The participating chefs include Eusébio Nunes, João Luz, Carlos Vieira, Carlos Sousa, Duarte Oliveira, Gonçalo Trindade, Manuel Carvalho, João Lima, Akkal Bahadur, and Artur Mendonça. The experience will be intimate, with a limited capacity of 30 participants per session, requiring prior reservation and payment. Registration opens on July 6th at the Machico City Hall reception.
