The 69th Madeira Agricultural Fair, held in Santa, Porto Moniz, featured an animal auction that drew hundreds of breeders, producers, and visitors.
Thirteen animals were presented and sold at the auction: 10 lambs, two calves, and one ram. The event raised a total of 2,510 euros.
Regional Secretary for Agriculture and Fisheries, Nuno Maciel, attended and highlighted the strong turnout and the fair's importance for promoting the regional primary sector and preserving rural traditions.
