The Standing Committee and the Conference of Party Representatives of the Legislative Assembly of Madeira met to prepare for the start of the II Legislative Session of the XV Legislature.
The return to plenary sessions on September 22 was confirmed, by agreement among the parties, despite the provisions in the Political-Administrative Statute and the Assembly's Rules of Procedure, which set plenary sessions between October 1 and July 31.
The assembly will also hold sessions on September 23, 29, and 30. October's plenary sessions are scheduled for the 1st, 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, and 27th. The Autonomous Region of Madeira Week at the Assembly of the Republic will take place from October 6 to 8, featuring exhibitions and conferences.
