The Madeira Memory Café resumes its activities next Saturday, September 26th, with a session dedicated to the theme "Conversations with Health".
The initiative, taking place between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM at the Funchal Community Center, will be led by Professor Doctor Isabel Fragoeiro, a specialist in Mental Health.
The project, an initiative by Alzheimer Portugal and Sonae Sierra, aims to create a space for meeting and sharing for people with memory problems, dementia, their caregivers, and families, promoting access to information and support. Participation is open to the entire community, with no prior registration required.
