The Madeira Military Zone (ZMM) celebrated its anniversary with a ceremony held at Praça do Povo.
During the event, the ZMM commander presented a positive review of the past year's actions. Five strategic objectives for the institution's future were also defined.
These goals encompass leadership training, strengthening operational capacity, investing in modernization and innovation, supporting civil emergencies, and preserving the ZMM's identity.
