Madeira's Entrepreneurship Program CRIEE Creates More Jobs

Since 2015, the CRIEE program has supported the creation of 619 companies and 1,024 jobs in Madeira.

The CRIEE Program (Company and Employment Creation), managed by the Madeira Employment Institute (IEM), has been instrumental in supporting entrepreneurship in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.

Since its launch in 2015, the program has facilitated the establishment of 619 new companies and the creation of 1,024 jobs. This initiative represents an accumulated public investment exceeding 11.5 million euros.

Recently, five new Incentive Concession Contracts were signed, aiming to create an additional nine jobs in sectors such as pool maintenance, electrical installations, meal preparation, aesthetics, and IT consulting. These contracts represent a total investment of over 281,000 euros.
