This Tuesday, September 15th, Madeira is expected to have partly cloudy skies with suspended dust, according to the Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA).
The wind will be light to moderate, blowing from the Northeast quadrant. A slight increase in temperature is anticipated, particularly in minimum values and higher altitudes.
In Funchal, the sky will be partly cloudy or clear, with a chance of increased cloudiness from the afternoon onwards. The maximum temperature forecast for the capital is 31 degrees Celsius, with thermometers ranging between 24 and 31 degrees. In Porto Santo, temperatures are expected to be between 22 and 28 degrees.
The South Coast and mountainous regions of the island are under an orange alert due to persistent high maximum temperatures, while the North Coast and Porto Santo are under a yellow alert.
