Circulation is proceeding smoothly; however, special attention is advised on the Cancela and Boa Nova sections of the Via Rápida, where a higher volume of traffic is observed.
In downtown Funchal, drivers are encouraged to proceed with caution in areas that are typically more congested, such as Avenida do Mar, Rua Visconde Anadia, Rua Oudinot, and Rua 5 de Outubro.
