A man aged roughly 45 to 50 was assisted this morning on a street near the Oudinot building.
The victim reportedly fell to the ground. It is not known whether the fall was accidental or the result of any attack he may have suffered.
The first to approach him were members of a passing GNR patrol car. An ambulance arrived shortly afterwards.
