The Machico Health Center is undergoing renovation works focused on energy efficiency, with an investment of 2,255,780 euros.
President of the Regional Government, Miguel Albuquerque, will visit the health unit tomorrow at 11 AM. The project aims to reduce energy consumption, lower the environmental footprint, and improve comfort for users and staff.
Improvements include replacing the lighting system, installing photovoltaic systems for self-consumption, solar thermal systems and heat pumps, replacing window frames, upgrading the air conditioning system, and insulating roofs.
