The Order of Biologists has reminded members that the interim election for the bodies of the Regional Delegation of Madeira will take place on September 25th, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, at the Funchal Natural History Museum.
This in-person election will select the Regional Assembly Board and the Regional Council of Madeira. Eligible voters are active members, or honorary members who were previously active, with current registration and in good standing.
Order President Maria de Jesus Fernandes urged participation, emphasizing its importance for strengthening regional representation and the institution's democratic life. She highlighted the vital role of regional bodies in connecting the Order, its members, and regional entities.
