A bus was stopped for several hours near the Guindaste Viewpoint in Santana, Madeira. The situation arose because a car was parked inside the roundabout.
According to witnesses, the parked vehicle obstructed the bus's maneuver, blocking its passage and causing local traffic disruption. The obstruction prevented the bus from continuing its journey as long as the car remained in place.
