The Representative of the Republic for the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM), Judge Paulo Barreto, has signed and sent for publication a Regional Regulatory Decree.
This decree approves the Preventive Measures for the area to be allocated to the regional housing policy, located in the Amparo zone, São Martinho parish, Funchal municipality. The diploma was approved in a plenary session of the government council on August 6 and received at the São Lourenço Palace on August 20, 2026.
