Isabel Garcês of the Socialist Party (PS) accused the majority of engaging in "folklore" regarding poverty risk rates and confronted them about the healthcare sector's condition.
Garcês stated there are "problematic occupancies" and a "lack of infrastructure for the elderly." Gonçalo Maia Camelo from the Liberal Initiative (IL) agreed, asserting that it is the opposition's role to point out issues, and identified healthcare as a major regional challenge.
