The president of the PSD/Madeira Parliamentary Group, Jaime Filipe Ramos, highlighted the political stability achieved in the Region at the opening of the party's Parliamentary Days, held in Santa Cruz. Ramos stated that the party begins its 'rentrée' with a "sense of accomplishment" for contributing to this stability, responding to the public's demand.
The Parliamentary Days, taking place today and tomorrow, will primarily focus on housing and land mobility, two key challenges the party aims to address. The goal is to strengthen proximity with civil society and prepare political responses to existing problems.
During the event in Santa Cruz, Jaime Filipe Ramos criticized the municipal management, alleging "total abandonment by those governing" the council. He asserted that the Regional Government has been the main provider of housing solutions in Santa Cruz.
