The Regional Government of Madeira has initiated the patrimonial regularization process for seven rustic properties, covering a total of 18,125 square meters, located in the municipalities of Funchal and Câmara de Lobos.
The properties, part of the Autonomous Region's private domain, are situated in São Martinho (Funchal), Palmeira (Câmara de Lobos), and São Gonçalo (Funchal). The largest plot, measuring 12,585 m², is in São Gonçalo.
This administrative procedure aims to consolidate the Region's rights over the properties for land registry purposes and does not constitute a sale. A notice published in the Official Journal of the Autonomous Region of Madeira (JORAM) has opened a 30-day period for any potential objections.
