The Porto Santo Development Society, S.A. has opened a public tender for the concession to exploit the Multipurpose Room and Annexes of the Porto Santo Craft Centre. The contract will have an initial term of 3 years, with the possibility of two renewals for the same period, totaling a maximum of 9 years.
The minimum base value for the procedure is €1,300, plus VAT, and the successful bidder must provide a guarantee of 2% of the contract value. The space, located in a central area of Vila Baleira, was recently renovated.
The tender documents are available on the Development Societies' website and at the offices of Porto Santo Development Society, S.A., with proposals due by August 22, 2026, via the acinGov electronic platform.
