Quinta da Caldeira, in partnership with CRESCER – CADI, is launching an intensive version of its 'Play and Read at the Quinta' program. This initiative is designed for children aged 5 to 7 and aims to stimulate the development of essential skills for learning to read and write.
The activities will take place in a natural environment and be led by speech therapist Patrícia Jerónimo. The program runs on several dates between August 1 and September 2, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with two sessions scheduled each day.
The methodology combines evidence-based scientific strategies, focusing on language development, phonological awareness, pre-reading and writing skills, motor competencies, and learning through play. Contact with nature is a distinguishing feature, offering meaningful experiences that promote overall development.
