The Regional Secretary for Equipment and Infrastructure, Pedro Rodrigues, visited Seara Velha in Curral das Freiras to monitor ongoing work following a landslide.
He was accompanied by the executive of the Câmara Municipal of Câmara de Lobos. The Regional Government, through the Regional Laboratory of Civil Engineering (LREC), is installing observation devices on the slope for continuous monitoring and stability assessment.
According to LREC, no movements have been registered on the slope, which remains stable. Pedro Rodrigues stated that the Regional Government will continue to follow the situation's evolution in coordination with LREC and the Municipal Chamber, ensuring necessary technical support.
