In a statement, the Secretariat asserted that politics should not be conducted based on misinformation or manipulation.
According to the Secretariat, technical support for project and application preparation for PEPAC are eligible expenses, with up to 80% funding available for investments in small agricultural holdings. The statement further clarified that government technicians do not access applicant registration data, as applications are submitted via a digital platform validated by the citizen card, ensuring impartiality and personal data protection.
