Representatives from entities within the Social Commission of Imaculado Coração de Maria visited the construction site of the future Central and University Hospital of Madeira. The initiative, promoted by the Parish Council, aimed to provide direct contact with the strategic infrastructure for the region's future.
Led by Parish Council president Pedro Araújo, the delegation was received by the Mission Structure responsible for the project. They were presented with the technical characteristics of the future hospital unit, spanning approximately 172,000 square meters, and its planned operational model.
Pedro Araújo emphasized the importance of giving partner entities the opportunity to see firsthand a project of this magnitude, which is crucial for the future of healthcare provision in Madeira.
