The Public Security Police (PSP) of Madeira, through the Criminal Investigation Squad of the Machico Police Division, arrested two men, both residents of the island, aged between 35 and 38, caught in the act of drug trafficking.
The operation, which had been ongoing for approximately one year and nine months, targeted the trafficking of synthetic drugs, specifically "Bloom" and "Gorby", which had been causing social alarm in the municipality of Machico.
Searches were conducted at residences and other locations, resulting in the seizure of over 52 grams of "Bloom", over 12 grams of "Gorby", more than 68,000 euros in cash, 11 vehicles, three mobile phones, and one safe.
