Socialist deputy Victor Freitas questioned, at the Legislative Assembly of Madeira, the amounts the region is expected to receive to finance housing policies under the State Budget for 2027.
Freitas requested clarification on the funds allocated to Madeira through housing support programs, including those related to investment in homes for young people and families. The deputy wanted to know specifically how much money would be transferred to the region and the amounts foreseen within national programs.
The socialist also questioned the absence of specific references to Madeira in the budget proposal, asking the reason for the lack of allocated funds for the region in this area and demanding answers from the PSD regarding the actual amounts that will reach the island.
