Two young individuals, apparently foreigners, were filmed performing dangerous jumps into the Atlantic Ocean next to a hotel unit at the Galo Resort in Caniço. The individuals are believed to have trespassed on private property to reach the top of a rock, just a few meters from the hotel's swimming pool.
The footage captures the audacity of the maneuver, which involved a jump of several dozen meters. Although the jumps ended without apparent consequences, the conditions at the site significantly increased the danger. The shallow depth of the sea in the area, the proximity of the pool, and another rock formation made the activity extremely risky, with virtually no margin for error.
