The proposal includes the assessment of psychosocial risks, the provision of confidential support, and increased attention to professions subjected to high pressure, trauma, isolation, long hours, and staff shortages. The party highlights veterinary medicine and police forces as examples of sectors needing special focus, citing studies on burnout, suicide attempts, and compassion fatigue.
ADN suggests that prevention should target working conditions such as overload, irregular hours, violence, harassment, insecurity, and staff shortages. It also calls for the collection of regional data to understand the local reality and proposes measures like leadership training, anti-harassment mechanisms, post-traumatic support, and access to psychological and psychiatric care. The party also advocates for inclusive work environments for neurodivergent individuals, concluding that "Yellow September" should not be just a monthly symbol.
