The transport of 61.6-meter-long wind turbine blades to Paul da Serra, in Madeira Island, began early this morning, causing traffic disruptions.

The operation, which started at 5 AM, affects the route between Ribeira Brava and the western highlands of the island, requiring occasional traffic stops due to the load's dimensions. The blades are being transported via VE3 and regional roads, with completion expected by 5 PM.
