Harry, blind from birth, and Bolota, who uses only three legs due to an old injury, have embarked on a journey to Germany where they will live at a military base.
Harry spent his entire life chained on Madeira, while Bolota spent the last five years in a shelter, always overlooked due to his handicap.
Thanks to the dedication of a German expat and a team of volunteers, the two dogs were transported to Ramstein Air/Military Base in Germany. There, they will have the opportunity to live with other dogs with special needs, receiving the love and attention they lacked for much of their lives.
