The Regional Government Council decided to grant holiday leave to public administration workers on the afternoon of July 30 and throughout July 31, covering services, institutes, and companies under the Executive's purview. Essential and continuous services must ensure workers can take this leave at a later time.

In the same meeting, the Government approved the creation of the Social Stability Guarantee Support Program II (PROAGES II), with a total allocation of 2.016 million euros, aimed at reinforcing income support for families in intermediate socioeconomic situations. Contract-programs were also approved with various associations, including Opus Gay, Casas do Povo, and ASA – Association for the Development of Santo António Parish, totaling over 2 million euros in social and operational support.
