The project integrates directed grazing with the Integrated Rural Fire Management System, allowing herds to move through public or private forest perimeters via rotation and transhumance. The PS emphasizes that current legislation does not permit an effective grazing model integrated into rural fire management, criticizing the lack of legal and technical framework.
