PS Presents Protest Vote Over Government's Failure to Address Child Support Technicians' Careers

Socialist deputy Isabel Garcês presented a protest vote on behalf of the PS, targeting the Madeira Regional Government. The motion addresses the failure to fulfill promises concerning the career regularization of child support technicians.

Garcês suggested that the tabling of this protest and the announcement of a strike were the reasons for the regional government's statement on the same day that the issue would be resolved. The child support technicians' strike was scheduled for July 20th and 21st.
