Readers of Funchal Notícias have lodged a complaint regarding an alleged sewage discharge near the Funchal Naval Club.
One reader described seeing "a huge patch of dirty or murky water" while swimming and stated that the following day, the sewer smell along Estrada Monumental was "monumental." The dirtiness, although not clearly visible in the shared image, was affirmed by the reader.
