The Autonomous Region of Madeira and CLCM (Madeira Fuel Logistics Company) have reached an agreement, ending a 19-year dispute.
The debt regularization document was signed by both parties, leading to a financial gain of 8 million euros for the Region. Furthermore, APRAM (Ports Administration of the Autonomous Region of Madeira) will now receive a monthly rent for the use of the Caniçal fuel terminal.
