Madeira's Regional Government, through the Regional Secretariat for Equipment and Infrastructure, has approved a new ordinance extending the transitional period for meeting the age limit for vehicles used in taxi transport activities.
The measure aims to ensure a gradual transition suitable for the sector's reality, allowing taxi operators more favorable conditions to renew their fleets without compromising modernization and safety goals.
