Judge Paulo Barreto, the Representative of the Republic for the Autonomous Region of Madeira (RAM), paid a visit to Garrison Regiment No. 3 (RG3).
During the visit, the Representative of the Republic had the opportunity to learn about the functions, capabilities, and strengths of the RG3, the main Army unit in Madeira, which was distinguished in 2016 with the grade of Honorary Member of the Order of Merit.
Paulo Barreto, a member of the Superior Council of National Defense, was accompanied by the commander of the Madeira Military Zone, Brigadier General José Loureiro da Madeira, and the commander of the RG3, Colonel Musa Paulino.
