The parish of Estreito da Calheta, in Madeira, is marking the festivals in honour of Our Lady of Grace, its patron saint, and the Blessed Sacrament throughout August.
The celebrations include masses and processions, with a traditional fair offering a diverse program. From August 14th to 16th, the event will feature musical performances by various groups and artists, including the Banda Municipal de Câmara de Lobos, Conjunto Banda Fixe, João Vinagre, Sidónio Silva, João Quintino, Álvaro Florença, and Conjunto musical Kontraband. The program also includes fireworks and disco entertainment.
The fair begins on Friday, August 14th, at 12 PM with the traditional "Girândola" (fireworks display) and will continue until midnight on Sunday, August 16th, marking the event's conclusion.
