The XXXI José da Silva SACA Sea Race is scheduled for Sunday, August 23rd, 2026. This 1 km open water event will span the distance between Funchal Pier and Barreirinha.
Registration is now open via the multicrono.com platform. The event is organized by the Madeira Swimming Association (ANM), the Santa Maria Maior Parish Council, Madeira Ports, Frente MarFunchal, and the Funchal Municipal Council.
