Madeira and Porto Santo stood out for the interest generated in luxury properties valued over one million euros during the summer, according to an analysis by the real estate platform Idealista.
In Funchal, two villas were among the ten most visited properties nationally. A T4 villa in São Martinho, priced at 1.65 million euros, ranked second nationally, behind a property in Cascais. Another T3 villa in Funchal, valued at 1.85 million euros, took ninth place.
Porto Santo also had a luxury property among the most sought-after, with a listing for 1.2 million euros. The Algarve, Madeira, and Lisbon regions attracted the most interest in luxury real estate during the summer.
