The Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) forecasts periods of very cloudy skies for Madeira Island on Wednesday, with cloud cover gradually decreasing from the afternoon, becoming generally little cloudy.
The wind will be light to moderate, blowing from the east quadrant with an intensity between 10 to 25 km/h. The predicted minimum temperatures are around 22°C, while the maximums could reach 29°C.
In Funchal, the day begins with very cloudy skies and light winds, below 15 km/h. In Porto Santo, temperatures will range between 21°C minimum and 27°C maximum. Sea conditions on the North Coast will feature northwest waves of 1 to 2 meters, while on the South Coast, waves are expected to be less than 1 meter. The sea water temperature will be between 23 and 25°C.
