The Left Bloc (BE), represented by MP Manuela Gonçalves, voted in favor of the inquiry commission's report on the Institute of Administration and Languages (ISAL), calling the situation a "disgrace".
Gonçalves described the vote as "radioactive," noting that while it identifies errors, it does not bridge the gap with the social-democratic majority. The MP accused ISAL's management of abandoning approximately 160 students and exhibiting "manifest incompetence" by accepting enrollments and tuition fees without accreditation guarantees.
