The Institute for Forests and Nature Conservation (IFCN) has issued a clarification regarding the performance evaluation of its workers, in response to a statement from the Union of Public and Social Workers of the South and Autonomous Regions.
The IFCN applied the regime resulting from Regional Legislative Decree No. 23/2024/M, ensuring that no worker was left without a rating or points for career progression. Approximately 80.94% of employees received 'Very Good' and 'Good' ratings, with corresponding points for salary progression.
The Institute refutes the claim that workers were disadvantaged, reaffirming its commitment to complying with the evaluation system and to the professional and financial advancement of its staff. The IFCN also highlighted salary improvements in special and general career paths, including increased risk supplements and the allocation of hardship and insalubrity supplements.
