The Representative of the Republic for the Autonomous Region of Madeira, Paulo Barreto, signed and ordered the publication of four regional legislative decrees.
The diplomas approved by the Legislative Assembly of Madeira include a second amendment to the decree that created the Institute of Mobility and Transport, the concession for the private use of water resources from Calheta, the Statute for the Elderly, and the Multiannual Budgetary Programming Framework for 2026-2030.
These decrees were approved in plenary on July 15 and are the last of this legislative session.
